   A FA and Men­tor of mine always tells me we really man­age emotions.….much eas­ier to do that when expec­ta­tions are set and every­one under­stands there will be a bumby ride! Love this one Coach.….….….

   I think this leads right into some­thing I have been think­ing about regard­ing how we move with our clients dur­ing their deci­sion mak­ing process regard­ing a home pur­chase and how much of a monthly lia­bil­ity that they sign up for. Sup­port­ing a client in their incli­na­tion to take on a smaller pay­ment and less house is some­thing I find myself doing more and more.

   I keep think­ing of Dorothy in the Wiz­ard of OZ and “Toto„ I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore.….”
