Money’s tight. While looking for ways to reduce expenses, I decided months ago (actually closer to a year ago) to stop using our extra refrigerator in the garage. Although this would seem like a simple task, it wasn’t because it started a chain of events. In order to empty that refrigerator, I needed to clean out our main refrigerator. In order to empty the garage refrigerator’s freezer compartment, I needed to defrost and clean out our main freezer. I was inspired to accomplish this by noon. Although I worked hard, noon came and went; I wanted to quit! However, I kept working at it and finished — what an accomplishment. I feel so good about getting that huge chore DONE. Hoping it’ll make a big difference on our electric bill.

Tomorrow by noon, I will have attended 2 webinars, set up an appointment to pick up paperwork from a customer, changed my NMLS to my new broker, and ordered new business cards.
By noon on Thursday, I will have attended a webinar, completed some specific paperwork, and attended an office meeting.
By noon on Friday, I will have explored and created sample EDGE reports, and will have created a list of Realtors to contact.

Awesome Julia. That power of focus, combined with a targeted timeframe (By Noon), will make you an execution machine! Keep up the good work!

  2. You can even expand on the idea and use the 80/20 rule.…80% of your earnings come from 20% of what you do every day. So, pick your 20% that will bring you closer to closings and choose those for your “by noon” items. I agree with you Bill, this could be life changing.
Thanks for your awesome blog Bill!

  3. Sure makes a lot of sense… I’m going to ask my team this question tomorrow! Looking forward to the results.

Excellent Michael. As leaders, we need to give our team focus — this is a great example of that. Keep me posted!

  5. recycleyourfashions.com We have been browsing on the internet greater than a few hrs these days, nevertheless I by no means found any exciting report like yours. It really is rather value sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers manufactured excellent subject material when you did, the web is going to be significantly a lot more practical than in the past earlier than.Recycle Your Fashions
