What I Do

My work with clients is focused on helping close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Personally, with your team or your audience at your next event. I love the rush of climbing inside somebody's world and walking through the good, the bad and the in-between. When we jump on a call, clients know that I'm engaged and ready to dive into everything that's on their mind. In front of an audience, I put everything I can into connecting with each and every person.

What Makes Me Different

I'm a light-hearted guy with a love for life. As a three-time cancer survivor, I feel responsible to remind everyone (not just my clients) that every day is a gift, and we shouldn't squander the life we've been given. Before I became an executive coach I had 25 years of experience as a leader in the mortgage and real estate industry, so my perspectives are informed by a lot of time "on the ground" where my clients are today. Even after 19,000+ hours in the coach's chair, I'm still energized by the work I do!
