A FA and Mentor of mine always tells me we really manage emotions.….much easier to do that when expectations are set and everyone understands there will be a bumby ride! Love this one Coach.….….….
I think this leads right into something I have been thinking about regarding how we move with our clients during their decision making process regarding a home purchase and how much of a monthly liability that they sign up for. Supporting a client in their inclination to take on a smaller payment and less house is something I find myself doing more and more.
I keep thinking of Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ and “Toto„ I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore.….”
