    As a REALTOR… I am here to say that there is noth­ing wrong with refer­ring buy­ers to ONE LENDER… Find a great local lender and send all buy­ers there… I have even been known to include that as part of a counter-offer from sell­ers that I rep­re­sent! Con­tract are no good if the lender can’t get the deal done!

      My expe­ri­ence is that Top Pro­duc­ing agents take your approach Brian.
