Bill, Love to do this. I like the ‘snippets’. I also listen to a couple audio podcasts once in a while, too! Hope you are feeling much better. Looks beautiful where you are. have a great 2012. John

That’s great advice. I’m going to have to invest in more audio books. Working out on the treadmill would go a lot faster; in fact you might go longer if you were in a good spot in the book.

Hopped on over from Michael Hyatt’s website — great video segment! Love the idea of setting exercise up as an appointment. It’s on my daily schedule, but I’ve not really thought of it as an appointment with an important client that I simply can’t cancel.
