Not the best frame youtube could have landed on as a still, huh?

Absolutely love this topic Bill. It is the #1 routine I have in my day. I wish i could say it has always been that way. For most of my life I had very undisciplined mornings and I believe my productivity suffered. The only evidence I have of this is the increased productivity I am experiencing as a result of a “disciplined” or routine morning. I also added a 20 minute power nap in the afternoon!! Thanks Bill!

Thanks Barry. As you know, this is the foundational piece of what I call “The By Noon Effect”. I’ve had the exact same experience… right down to the nap. Game-changer!

  3. I totally agree, Bill. I did a podcast on this recently called, “Become More Productive by Reengineering Your Morning Ritual.” It had the second highest traffic of any I have done. I think this is because people know this is a huge opportunity.

Downloading it now Mike. I agree. Enormous opportunity for all of us!

  5. I often tell myself that I get things done early in the morning because my brain hasn’t yet switched on its procrastination mechanisms…morning routines definitely work for me!

  6. Bill– One of the BEST messages to share by far. Having a morning routine has been the fuel in my life
to Stretch, Learn and Grow. Thanks for reminding us. I’m going to check out Michael’s post also.

    Bill,

Love this topic. A solid repeatable routine along with a preplanned day are the recipe for high productivity.
