      being able to unplug is critical to my success. I give 100% when I am here. I have to unplug and recharge to give my best to my best. BIG SURPRISE, you are right on!

      My unpluggability is 1. I am always taking calls even when I was on vacation in Napa last week. I am not proud of this but it is a fact.
